First and foremost, dealing with flowing water anyplace other than a sink, bathtub or garden hose is extraordinarily distressing. Having no first-hand experience with water damage, I was completely unprepared for what came next, so I can see how overwhelming it may have been for some of the other reviewers. But there's one thing I did know...I would not place anybody at risk of potentially being exposed to toxic mold so I put my faith in AzFloodSquad and they delivered. AzFloodSquad arrived quickly and moved into action extracting all of the standing water. Together, the technician and I surveyed the affected areas with a hand-held device that illustrated how far the water had actually permeated the walls, sometimes even into the next room. Having identified those areas as the worst, the team began drilling holes in 6" increments to begin the drying process. Fans were delivered and strategically placed for optimal drying power. My process took several days and AzFloodSquad worked with me to avoid as much disruption as they could, all while maintaining their professional standards. Having holes drilled into your walls is no fun; but honestly, once the drying process was complete and those holes are patched up and painted again, you'd never know there was an issue. AND, you can also breathe a sigh of relief knowing that your job was done right. I would not wish a flood on my worst enemy, but if you have one, call AzFloodSquad.
