This place is very good when you first get them put on but each time it gets worse and worse. I have had more negative experiences there then positive. One time i went for my appointment and he girl forgot to do one of my eyes!!! After talking to another eyelash extension lady she explained to me they do it all wrong and your eyelashes shouldn't break after but mine were half the length and so thin! Also, there is nothing in there policy about being charged for cancelling membership the lady did not even tell me that when i put my account on hold so they took $60 BECAUSE i didn't want crappy service anymore, seems like a bad company to not warn customers when they first put their account on hold and talk about cancelling with the employee. Plus it does not state this in the policy book it says you can cancel at anytime but nothing about being charged!! I'm very angry about this and this company is not worth the money. Instead go to someone who knows what they are doing!!
