I've been coming to IronGloves for almost a year now for boot camp classes and I can't see myself stopping anytime soon. Classes are 45-60 minutes and packed with activity. I've been in classes as small as 3 people and as large as 18 people and felt like I got a good workout every time. I have a couple bags at home because I wanted to keep it up during times when I don't come to the gym, but if I want a tough workout I've gotta come see Joe. Though the class may seem intimidating, I think Joe does a great job of pacing the class and giving you pointers as you're getting started. There's a good mix of regulars and first-timers throughout the week, and even if you're a newcomer in a class full of regulars, everybody is friendly and helpful. The gym itself is filled with people coming for open gym and personal training as well but the class area empties out when it's time to start so you've got space to move. Renene is great, always friendly and personable, I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on her face. You can tell she's passionate about the business and I think it adds that extra local touch to the gym that you might not get elsewhere.
