I had an appt for Monday, May 16 at 3:00 pm to have them come look at putting some screen doors on for me. At 1:45 they called and said they had a cancellation and could they come earlier. I called back for nearly 40 minutes to tell them yes, but kept getting the answering machine. Finally got a hold of them at 3:15 and she said they were on their way. At 4:30 no one had come so I called and left another message. It is now Thursday and no one has called to apologize for wasting my time or to try to reschedule or anything. Terrible business. I am not impressed, and I don't like companies who waste my time and then just ignore you. Thanks for nothing.
