Around 4-5 months ago our apartment complex installed mint lockers in the lobby and being a routine early adopter of almost everything, I switched from my chain dry cleaner. Since using Mint Locker, I have been extremely satisfied with their service. After your first order, they drop off your items with a free garment bag (that converts in to a regular dirty laundry bag) that has a barcode for easy future use. The turn around time is almost always within a day, although they do state that it can be 2-3 days. The garments are always nicely cleaned and pressed. In addition, when I left a little note to re-hem a pant leg, they did it at no charge (although I'm not sure if this is routine). All in all, I would definitely recommend their service!
