If I could give a no star review I would. I have used this company multiple times and had no problem but this time they didn't even show up! And when I called to ask if they where still coming the lady who would not tell me her name said "I dont know where they are and they aren't my employees so I don't know what to tell you"
Ummmm..... what!!??? And then when I ask her for the business license number she tells me I am not welcome to call her anymore hangs up on me and won't answer my calls....
Meanwhile I have been sitting here for 2 hours waiting on the maids to show and wasting my day for nothing not even a attempt to have other maids come at a different time or anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
