Stayed 8/3/2016 - 8/6/2016
Decent enough stay, as I was in town for a conference.
Opt for the kiosks in the lobby for check-in, otherwise you'll be in line for a while.
While the lobby is a throwback to the Flamingo's glory days (shiny marble floors, lots of smoke, and some hustle and bustle), the hallways and rooms are tired. While my room offered some relative peace and quiet from the strip, it could use some updated furnishings, fresh paint, and attention to your standard wear-and-tear. Some areas of the room were worn out for some time, so much so that I'm not sure that they will be attended to in the near term.
Hotel staff was nice enough, casino was clean, and there were plenty of slots and tables.
Best feature of this hotel, by far, is that you are in the hustle and bustle of the Strip.
