This new manager Kristin is amazing. She is extremely welcoming, and you can tell that she truly cares. Having a building wide issue with the gas company is never fun, but she has done everything in her power that she can and then some. The ONLY downfall about this building is that there is no buzzing system so if you're having a lazy day and want to just order takeout/amazon prime you will still have to walk down to the entrance. Not a big deal unless you're sick, hungover, or just feeling like a lazy ass.
