I've been a Cavs fan since I was a kid. The first Cavs game I went to was back on 3/30/97 (It was the day after I turned 12, I was living outside of Cleveland at the time). The Cavs were playing the Dallas Mavericks and the Cavs won 84-80. Back in 1997, the Cavs had players like Bobby Sura, Tyrone Hill, Danny Ferry, Terrell Brandon, etc. I was a fan of the Cavs long before Lebron James, Kyrie Irving were drafted. Before Quicken Loans, it was called Gund Arena. This arena is really nice. The 2nd Cavs game I went to was 11/26/08 (the day before Thanksgiving). I was visiting family at the time since I was living in West Michigan attending Baker College in Muskegon, MI. On that night, they were playing the Thunder. Lebron James was on the team along with Zydrunas Illgauskaus, JJ Hickson, Ben Wallace and others. I had some great seats, my younger brother took me to the game. When it was halftime, the Cavs were up big. Me and my brother left, we ended up going to some fraternity initiation at Cleveland State. The Cavs ended up winning that game 117-82. As mentioned, the arena is nice, you see throwback pics of past and present Cavaliers players. I'm happy to say that the Cavaliers finally won an NBA Championship in 2016!!!
