. . . Customer service and management are so terrible that you should get used to the following: - your order taking forever to arrive about a month in my case (weeks after approved by insurance -- so they cant use that excuse anymore) - say they're shipping 2day shipping but turns out to be slowest method (ground shipping) - say they call with the status of your order but never do - say they'll contact you with tracking # but never do (get this then they did the day AFTER package finally arrived! lol (you getting the point? they don't know what the hell they are doing at Pulm Solu) - they will never call you even though they say they will - they screw up your orders further delaying getting your stuff - they seem to have missed the advent of email (and wont call you) - management is defensive (as opposed to problem solvers) - company has an issue with high employee turnover - I don't recommend calling them to speak to management, but go ahead, you were warned. - account manager in my instance had a bad attitude about my order taking about a month and still incomplete - there are 3 more negative reviews that yelp has obscured that can be found at the bottom of this page under "Page 1 of 1" where it says "19 other reviews that are not currently recommended" . . . . Basically, if you deal with Pulm Solu it's everyone else's fault but theirs. Hope you like excuses! . . . . . . . . keywords: CPAP equipment durable medical supplies supply provider DME sleep apnea respiratory therapy
