I am a comfortable regular due to geography. I have never had to wait long for reasonably priced food that never touched a fryer; it's always exactly what I wanted/expected, it's satisfying and for all that seems like chaos in the late hours of night or early in the morning ... they have never let me down. Time to say "Thanks!" in the way that counts ... through internet media. I rate the five stars for price-value, speed, service, and exactness.
