We were very dis-satisfied with the J Levine auction and appraisal service. October 2016 a representative bu the name of Christopher came to our house in Sun City West to pick up 32 pieces of silver dinnerware. He was to take the items to J Levine and catalog each of the 32 items to be auctioned off. We waited two months with no contact from J Levine. After many phone calls many of which they could not locate out property or had no record of it I was able to get in touch with a representative that stated the items sold for $38.00. We were told by Christopher that most of the items would average $40.00 each not $40.00 for all 32 silver pieces. They are ripping people off... I would be very careful if you decide to use them.
One Star is lowest rating I would give lower if it were possible. The lack of of communication and Honesty from J. Lavine and their representative left us feeling as though we had been robbed.
