I've never seen so much Nicolin diming for one place. Every little thing that you do has a fee. I mean a fee for opening a file? $1. And another fee for paying debit or credit? $1 Oh and don't forget the fee for using the computer for five seconds. $1. Considering it's all self-serve what am I paying for? Hell, why don't they have a tip jar too? What is the use of this place and how are people not embarrassed to be working there asking customers for money for doing literally nothing. I'm not sure how much product intend to make a nickel and diming but that's definitely A good way to lose a repeat customer.
