Staff is absolutely rude. I had been going for a couple of years and they only bill primary. I have secondary so i had to take care the remaining bill myself after primary pick up. I called them to ask about my account, to see if I have any balance left etc,, to keep up with my secondary insurance processing. One day, office manager yelled at me that I have been wasting of her time every year (my visit was only once a year) and she has other patients who are more ill. She hung up on me even before I was able to speak. As far as I am concerned, I was a patient as well and to for her to treat patient unequally is out of question. Don't go there.
