Had a manicure and pedicure with Kathy, she is the sweetest lady EVER! So darn kind and just a pleasure to be around! She did a FANTASTIC job on my HOLLYWOOD red nails! She took her time to make sure I was happy! I loved that! I joined the membership because I would love to go back and see Kathy again! She was lovely & my nails look great! I loved that they offer you Iced Tea with a lid and straw! Great for these HOT summer days!
The salon is super clean and free of oder! BUT the No massage chairs is a bummer... I noticed that the people at the front are chatty! Lol a bit too much if you ask me.. You should let the technician take her time and not chat so much with her and clients while they are getting their nails done. It takes away from the experience.
