Pros: - Berani has a very nice ambiance for serious watch shopping. - Staff were professional Negatives: - Not the most welcoming vibe when speaking to the sales team - I felt rushed to leave (because it was closing time) even though was serious about buying - The Asian sales lady, although professional, was not very open to my requests. (i.e. I wanted to order a deployment clasp leather strap with a watch in mind). - Instead of taking the opportunity to upsell right away, she told me to keep the watch as is because "it was the way it's meant to be". That boggled me..Since I'm basically handing her more money for commissions. By the way the leather strap I had in m ind was an official accessory strap designed for the watch, made by the same company. Since it was closing time, I asked if the the Asian sales lady could get back to me with pricing and details on the order. Its been 5 days and I haven't heard back from her. Long story short, I purchased my watch and the strap with the deployment clasp elsewhere with much better service. I see great potential for this store to be more successful and with better reviews. The sales and service team just needs to be more understanding of the consumer's needs.
