Ive been a Buckeye resident for seven years and have always enjoyed coming to this nail salon. A few months ago they added an extra row of chairs in the middle of the shop and I knew it was downhill from there. Today was the first day I have been back since then and boy was I right. The customer service (if you can call it that) was horrible. The nail tech (Jolie) seemed determined to do as little as possible after I sat down (without even a greeting or warm welcome). Before my feet even touched the water al the way she was grabbing it trying to cut the nail. That was about it for the extent of the service she was planning on providing. When I asked was she planning on shaping or filing she picked up the nail file, ran it across each toe and that was it. It was as quiet as a graveyard, no one was engaging the customers. When I commented on how quiet it was she said we don't talk to the customers so we don't mess up. I don't think I'll continue to frequent this establishment if this is the type of service they are now providing. Very disappointing
