The staff is so nice to get you sign the lease. We've had nothing but back to back problems with them. They even lost our lease and tried to charge us higher rent then what we even singed for. The front office representatives are rude as they come. They dont greet you when you walk in. They turned off our power bill while still living there. Its impossible to get a work order done. The staircase are covered in nasty bird poo. Tracks all into your house..they refuse to clean it after months of begging. Bugs cover the ground when yoy walk at night. We cant wait for our lease to be up.
