overall in the past i have been very pleased with each vet i have seen at craig rd. just recently i had two cats taken in and dr monaco took lead.. i am very displeased with dr monaco and after i even spoke to mike f the offuce manager he was very rude and seemed to have a very nonchalant attitude.... the end result is false hope was given by dr monaco and when i finally spoke to dr whitcraft i got a very honest and compassionate opinion. sadly dr whitcraft was not the original doctor treating these babies ...i believe in my heart that if any other vet had seen them initially both would still be alive....or i would have gotten an up front opinion then instead of a week of hospitalization and both babies now gone as well as still no diagnosis. dr monaco is terrible and is going to end up giving this vet a very bad name. the rest of my furbabies will never be seen here again as long as dr monaco is here. sadly most of the staff is very excellent and this 1 doctor is going to ruin this
