My new biogel nail "home".

I called ahead and made an appointment. Over the phone, I mentioned that it was my first time visiting this spa and that I was looking for biogel refill.
The receptionist, who was also the owner/manager, was professional and polite.
I arrived two days later at the specified time and they had my booking and were ready to work on my nails. The owner/manager started me off by shaving off my old polish, and during that time we chatted about his products, processes, and spa philosophy.
Then I moved on to Lela. His skill at shaping biogel nails, painting, and prepping nails is the best I've had in the 4 years I've been wearing biogel. My tips are exactly the shape I wanted, the nailbeds are smooth and evenly rounded, and the biogel isn't thickly applied. As an added bonus for my preferences, he applied a layer of biogel on top of my paint, which I find makes the paint last without chipping or peeling, between the 3 week visits.
I'll be visiting again and highly recommend this salon.
