So far so good. We haven't been in our apartment very long but every maintenance concern that we've had has been addressed promptly. For example, our shower kept setting off the smoke alarm and when I called about it, the maintenance person was here first thing the next morning to disconnect the smoke alarm and get another one put in. Some other notable things: - No pet fees (deposit OR monthly) - Clean, well-kept laundry facilities in the (finished) basement - Water and heat included in rent (never had this before, either) However, we were charged $110 for asking to be let into our apartment after being locked out on a Sunday. I know this falls under "after hours" and this info is in our lease but I was still surprised by the amount. Some advice to management: maybe remind tenants how much the after hours lockout fee is before you come over. It's a little thing but the reminder is always nice (even though i'm sure I won't forget now). Also, our apartment is pretty reasonable for being in the Willy St. neighborhood and near the lake. Will update review as needed.
