I really have liked the doctors. I'm leaving because of the call center. Adelente has a call center, you can't get in on a cancellation because they don't know about cancellations. Every appointment will be 6 to 8 weeks out. You will confirm HIPAA 3 or 4 times within every call. You will spend an enormous amount of time on hold listening to what may be the worst "hold" messaging. Then. You'll have your appointment and the staff will "step you into" another consultation during your appointment. It will be implied that someone - health coach, dietician, whathaveyou - will drop in to see if they might be helpful. Even if they're not, YOU WILL BE BILLED AT THE SPECIALIST RATE. Even though it was their idea. It's not healthcare at that point, it's just price gouging and a waste of time.
