Had an appointment at 10am. I arrived 15 minutes early as one should. Left my truck with the service advisor Ian and went on my way while waiting for a call upon completion. I rearranged my entire day for this and secured a ride as I wasnt sure how long it would take. Ian called about 3 hours later and said they couldn't get it in that day. What? This was a 10am appointment not a 4pm. How could an appointment that early push to the next week?Why would you take an appointment when you cant even come close to honoring it? This was Friday before new years so he said they'd have to keep my truck til the following Tuesday. Lo siento, not an option. I couldnt be without my work truck full of tools. Darrow is dead to me. I'm so tired of "customer service" just being used as a tagline or some superficial marketing term without a shred of evidence to back it up. Will never return. Though I dont thimk they care, another sucker will be along right after me. The sheeple are a dime a dozen.
