Please, Please do NOT call these people!!! They are heartless thieves! On July 7th 2017, in 115 degree Las Vegas heat, the Air Conditioning unit that we paid $12,846 on August 8th 2016 died. This company promises that "you will not wait" for an appointment! Lies!! My husband contacted them and explained that he was elderly and has a heart condition and that he was in medical Jeopardy. One hour stated that they would not come out until the next afternoon. My husband contact another company who came out and fixed it that evening in less than 15 minutes. When I followed up with One Hour Heating and Cooling the informed me that not only would they not reimburse me but now my warranty is canceled. You've got to be kidding!!!
