Tom is a true gentleman, a man of his word. We recently purchased a rental home that is about 30 yrs old (that's old for Vegas), there was an old patio cover, around the same age, that was sagging and ready to collapse. We agreed on a price to remove and dispose of the old patio cover and install the new one. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no surprises.
