Went in the other day to get a birthday present for a friend because I figured their holiday makeup sets were out for the season. And they were! Buy 2 get 1 free! So I did! So I checked out went to my car and looked at the receipt. I went back in to correct this. The cashier, Ashlynn saw me walk in gave me a not so friendly look and said "what?" Unprofessional. I explained my problem and she finished helping the other customer and then went to me. She did her thing and then let me know $2 was coming back to me. That was incorrect as I bought 1 $10 item and two $5 so I should be getting $5 back. She said "no, they're but one get one 50% off" so basically you didn't listen to me when I explained my problem. So I repeated what I had already told her and let her know that in fact they were but 2 get 1 free. Again she said "no" this proceeded 1 more time until I said let's walk over there I'll show you. We walked over there and instead of admitting she was wrong said "oh, that can't be right" even though there were probably 10 tags like that. I said "well that's how it's priced." Finally got her to fix it correctly (after 3 attempts of her obviously not knowing how to use the system.) dear manager, train her more or something. Absolutely a waste of time
