If there were a way to give negative stars, I would. Wisconsin Management Company is manipulative and thinks they should just be able to receive rent without doing any work. I should have known the minute we moved in, and the place was not even properly cleaned.
I have many stories, but I'll leave you with a couple: My roommate and I rented a house. Our lease CLEARLY stated lawn care equipment would be provided. When it was not, our landlord essentially said "too bad." The kicker is then our landlord tried to claim the lawn mower and snow blower MY ROOMMATE BOUGHT was theirs!
The single time WMC provided repairs for this house was when a toilet wasn't working. Carpet in the basement was moldy. Leaks in the ceiling weren't fixed. Cracks in the exterior weren't fixed. Water bills were sent late.
I tried to reason and work with these people to no avail. They just want your money and then want to spend none of it on you. WPM is just incompetent. Our landlord even showed up late once, claiming Mapquest gave her poor directions (TO HER OWN PROPERTY!)
Stay away. Stay VERY far away. No property is worth this headache.
