The 5 star goes to Melanie, the customer service rep who was very kind, courteous and helpful. She was very professional in her manner especially when kids of the property manager were running around, being mischievous and somewhat annoying. Despite disruptions from them, Melanie remained very professional while assisting me and another customer. Jessica, who called me to arrange an appt. was very nice too.
The property is spacious and clean except for the unit I had reserved. Luckily Melanie quickly found another one for me. Lighting all the corridors could be better.
The only critique is that the PM's children were very disruptive while Melanie was helping me.(Although one of them was very helpful with getting me a hand cart to use) They were running around, picking up the phone lines and even driving the cart without permission. Somehow they got the key (not from Melanie) Very dangerous! One other thing. There is a residence building next to it. Apparently on that day, a tenant threw a beer can over that exploded on the property. This tenant seems to do this often. Surprised they haven't been arrested.
Anyway if you choose this Public Storage facility as for Melanie. She'll take care of you.
