The location of this hotel is pretty prime. We are talking right on the lake, a stones throw from the capital and right near major venues. NICE! Check-in was SUPREME! We got our room early which was super convenient to get our day started. We get into the room and it was so dusty. There was dust everywhere. We were all sneezing within 10 minutes of being in the room. The windows opened a tiny bit; so we tried to air it out. The view from the room was awesome. Beautiful lake and terrace view. Unfortunately the dust not only blocked my sinuses but also the view with specs of dust in the air everywhere I looked. I was surprised that the room had feather pillows. A lot of people have allergies to these. It took housekeeping 2.5 hours to bring normal pillows. The pool was nice. Good hot tub. I took advantage of the lobby bar twice during my stay. Service was night and day. Literally. I went during the day: Service was BLEH. Dude was on his phone 65% of the time. He seemed very bored with his job. I went back at night and the tender was very personable and good to talk to and I never saw him on his phone once.
