If yelp allowed negative stars, I would definitely put these guys in the negative. Not for the property or the amenities though, strictly on the newer management. This place seems to be run by children. Multiple times they served eviction notices when the rent was paid. When brought to their attention, their answer is whoops, sorry about that...it was misplaced/marked incorrectly....what? How in the hell does that even happen with a direct deposit? Great news, no deposit to move in! Bad news, they will jack you up with erroneous charges when it comes time to move out. Then when you have questions about ANYTHING related to fees, charges, or just general information for that matter, nobody can tell you a damn thing. The answer is oh Shawn should know or oh traci should know...come back/call back later. Don't hold your breath on them calling you back for anything either. The communication is absolute garbage, but it's accompanied by a clear "I don't give a crap about you or your problems" attitude. Please do yourself a favor and rent/lease somewhere where they at least pretend to respect you.
