My A/C broke down during one of the hottest days of the year. My family and I woke up in a pool of sweat. I called Thor Industries and they were accommodating which I appreciate during a moments notice. The service men were awesome! Troy & Keith were so polite and efficient. Our capacitor and motor went out! They knew what the problem was and fixed it. I'm very happy with the cost as well. I called other companies and they wanted arms and legs to come out to our home.
