Worst service ever! The Doctor is nice, the staff is the worst I have ever experienced. They take a 2 hour lunch on top of their wacky hours and rarely answer the phone or return their voicemails.
Our first appt the appt lady said that our appt would be at 2:30, but her system will not let her put in it but told us to be there at 2 to fill out paperwork for our 2:30 appt. we get there (with a 2 year old and a 9 month old). They forgot all about the 2:30 and had us wait there until 3:15! The doctor saw us for maybe 5 mins and said my son needed a gastro enema and that the would send the referral over.
My son was supposed to go to Desert Radiology for a procedure. They said they never received the referral. We called for over an hour (answering service said they were at lunch until 1 and told us to try back). We continued to call only to get the answering service. I called and left a voicemail. They never returned it. The office called me the next day to confirm my sons appt for the following day. I asked about the day before and the office manager said "we are not going to change our hours for one patient". I understand that but someone should be available to give another doc a verbal federal!
Needless to say, the doctor wants paid for the 5 mins he saw my son. My thought, the office didn't do what they are charging me for... Call me crazy, but I don't get paid if I don't do my job...
