My doctor was top notch. Dr. Benion. Unfortunately when you call you'll get nobody to answer the phone. The communication in this office is the absolute worst I have ever seen. I seen an older gentleman in his 80s come in. He made an appointment approximately eight months ago and he called to verify his appointment time unfortunately I overheard the conversation and he stated that he never received a call back after making numerous attempts to contact the office to verify his appointment. Worried that he would miss his appointment he went down to the office to see his doctor. They informed him that the schedule had changed and the doctor was out on vacation that week. LOL. He said I drove all the way from East Mesa for you to tell me this. Why could someone not return my call and let me know he made another appointment that was four weeks out. To me this is horrible customer service on the front end. I love the doctor. Unfortunately the communication is terrible. They are friendly once you get there. Good luck making an appointment by phone.
