I had such high hopes for this place. I came in and got my SUV detailed with their $80 wash. I had to go home and wipe down the entire interior of my car afterwards because it was so greasy and so streaky and there were water spots all over the dashboard. They did not get half of the debris off of the carpets and there was still quite a bit of stray dirt and loose crumbs after the vacuuming. It was clear they didn't move the seats at all to vacuum underneath them. I can understand that they are just doing a basic wash and vacuum out that some of the things might get missed. However when you're paying $80,you expect for it to be something that you don't have to go home and re-do. The guy told me when I pulled the car in that it would take 45 minutes to do the service, it took them 15. Perhaps that was the reason why the car needed more cleaning. Next time I will just have them do the exterior and completely skip the worthless interior work.
