I'm always nervous going into any car repair place. I know they can smell the fear and lack of knowledge on me. However, this was the easiest and cheapest experience I've ever had. I scheduled my appointment online for a tire balance. When I arrived, I got helped right away. They looked at my tires and gave me a short talk at a display about when I should consider getting new tires, but they weren't pushy and explained that my tires were still fine for now. I paid up front, which is awesome because I knew I wouldn't be getting another talk about getting new wipers or oil changes or whatever else I wasn't intending to buy that day. The whole process took about 20 minutes and it seems to have worked well because my car isn't shaking anymore! I liked the openness of the waiting room. It wasn't crammed with 5 chairs for 10 people like most auto places. They had free water and a large window where you could watch them working on your car.
