Price quote changed even after I sent pictures of "me" wearing what I wanted done. I accepted that since it was only a $10 increase. I asked the braider to please not pull my edges too tight. I still had to ask her to redo several that were already pulling ridiculously tight. Several times she had me apply pressure to the start of the braid, but that didnt work. They were even pulling throughout the cornrow. I called the manager 3 days later and explained I couldn't take it anymore. A different braider removed them and the manager offered to re-braid. I couldn't accept because my head was so tender to the touch (and I am not even close to tender-headed). I'm never returning.
