Rashed really saved me from a total disaster. My tenants AC had gone out and another AC hired by my Home Warranty company had completely botched the job by pulling my AC apart and causing my tenants to be in a hotel for over 7 days and were about to cancel the lease (which is well within their rights and understandable). Rashed not only came out quickly to fix the mess (within an HOUR) he was incredibly knowledgable and was able to rebuild the mess the previous company caused. He worked for 5 hours, non-stop, to get it running and would not give up until it was repaired. He even paused work only once and waited for a monsoon to pass for about 45 min before resuming his repairs. The fact he didn't just leave and come back another day floored me. He truly cares about people. He went well above and beyond to help fix the mess I was in. I can not thank him enough for his help. If I could give him 6 stars, I would, he deserves it.
