The young girl CARLA working Sept 3rd at around 3pm ish at the front desk was so rude and had ZERO customer service skills. She had a rude attitude and was yelling/screaming when I walked in. She laughed and clearly thought she was so cute/funny and continued to be rude. She nonchalantly said "Haha, Ya how can I help you" . That's not a big deal but she continued that "I don't give a shit" attitude and continued her bad attitude went from obnoxious to rude when she said there was a problem with my room. I asked what the problem and the attitude got worse.. Almost like how dare I ask her that. The heavy set Hispanic woman working with her (I'm only referencing her this way to describe her because I didn't get her name) and her gave eachother a look and rolled their eyes right in front of me and said , "it's fine!" . I said I'd like to know what the problem is. Eventually I couldn't take thier attitudes and refusal to tell me what's wrong & just walked out. These ladies especially the young one named CARLA (I believe this was her name), NEED to LEARN how to speak and act respectfully with customers. No manners! It's a shame because the renovations looked nice and the lobby was spotless. I ended up going next door to the other hotel. I don't ever expect people to kiss my ass but a little respect and decent customer service would be nice. Respect your customers and employers because you are representing them!
