Had a hair catastrophe and my usual stylist had just moved away. Colorant in a Clairol product was wrong, turned my brunette hair nuclear meltdown RED. Clairol was less than helpful, and after putting me through the paces with more of their products, told me to go to a salon. (?!?) My friend said call Ramon, and she always looks good. He told me to come right in, pulled out swatches to look at, mixed toner, and stylist Ali applied it. Red is the hardest to get out, but at least now it is toned way down and looks like it was planned and not a hideous accident. They were so kind and accommodating. Lovely salon, friendly vibe, and I have found a new hair home. I liked that they had people of all ages as clients in there as well. I will definitely have them do my color and cuts from here on out. Wish it hadn't happened the way it did, but I sure found a wonderful salon out of the whole debacle.
