By far the worst "restaurant" my family and I have been to. It was my first time attending and our server was very amicable and explained the process very well. I cant remember his name but he was very polite and attentive throughout or dinner. Anyways, the restaurant was a little busy so the line for the food was long and it took some time to finally get to the grill. When we finally got to the grill, I let them know what starch I wanted and you could tell they were being rushed by BOTH managers that were on the grill. It made me uncomfortable to see that but I just went on as fast as I could. After 30 mins of waiting for our food we finally get our bowls to which I realized that mine AND my son's were completely wrong. By this point I was extremely aggravated like how could they get our bowls wrong when BOTH managers were on the grill the whole time? I told our server and I saw him try to fix it and talk to the manager about it but all he did was hand him a card and shooed him away. The managers did not even apologize or try to resolve the situations themselves and instead gave all the responsibility to their servers. I'm addition, you could hear the female manager yelling at the young boys in the grill. I was appalled at the treatment of their clientele and their workers and for that I will not be coming back.
