This company should be put out of business. The salesman lied about time and charges and what should have been a 2-3 hour job turned into 11 hours.
The two consultants Brian and Mark were rude, condescending and kept repeating their so called rules. The receptionist hung up on me. I have read about many thefts. Unfortunately, my items are in their storage, so who knows what condition the items will be in, or if anything is stolen, nothing I can do.
One of the movers admitted being a felon and former gang member.
They also worked very slowly, which brought my bill up to the tune of $1,638 for a 2 bedroom apartment. I had all the boxes packed.
It's a shame that many of us were overcharged, stolen from and damage was done to furniture and to the structure.
