I always come to Cacao 70 for their hot chocolate selections. Although it is on the pricey side, they have a menu just for hot chocolate, which lets you choose the percentage of cacao you would prefer. I am a dark chocolate fan so I have always ordered from the top of the menu (around 70% cacao) and it always keeps me coming back.
