Ghetto fucking T-Mobile store. I haven't even been in the store and I can tell it's ghetto and trashy and has incompetent employees. I called inquiring about the iPhone 8 plus and the representative who answered the phone was completely rude, she had a lot of attitude and had the audacity to hang up on me! FOR WHAT? FOR ASKING YOU QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD KNOW? I wasn't even rude! I just asked about a phone! She shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Obviously she's not caring about getting a paycheck or staying employed long term if that's the way she handles customers through the phone ! Imagine how she is in person ! NO WONDER THIS STORE HAS SHIT REVIEWS!
Basically everyone in that store more than likely needs to be replaced. Also, why the fuck are they blasting LOUD music in their store. How do they expect to conduct business like that?
