I've been riding Uber's for over a year now and never had a bad experience. I've referred this company to more ppl then I can think of. I don't know if this is a glitch in the system or what. I went to the CIAA last weekend and decided to take Uber. When I was trying to get a ride home drivers kept on cancelling. I'm assuming because the traffic was hectic. After the second driver cancelled it made request another driver instead of rerouting me to another available Uber. Which caused my price to go up a extra 10 dollars. When I check my email the next day I realized that Uber charged me $5 for canceling. Now why in the world would I cancel my ride to request another one, and it was freezing cold outside. I'm trying to contact Uber and they don't have a customer service number. The worse. Guess I'll try out Lyft.
