Town Shoes is just off the Holt Renfrew flagship store and I was attracted to the store simply by the shoes and boots that I saw from a distance. It is true, they have wonderful styles and designs; but I felt their prices were a little bit higher in price than other shoe locaitons. An exception to this rule however was today I saw Uggs at $89 which is totally unheard off. The store is laid out in shoe sizes and when I went to check out the boot offerings there really weren't any in my size, but the boots that were beckoning to me were all in larger sizes, so it was kind of depressing. I see from reading the other yelper reviews that this seems to be a problem. I also did not like the way the store was laid out, it just seemed really scattered and almost felt like a bargain center. There was a staff member that I could see in my periphery that wanted to approach me several times but he stopped himself, I don't really understand why; perhaps he was a newbie. So all in all great styles and higher prices, limited sizing, shy sale staff and unattractive displays. If you are a women's size 8 or 9, the sky's the limit here and let yourself go crazy.
