Great store overall, our family has purchased pretty much ever major appliance here for close to 20 years. They have something to fit in any budget, and are pretty evenly balanced as far as American- and Asian-made products. They also carry luxury appliances like in-wall wine coolers and other installations. Delivery is typically free, and they will remove your old appliance for a small fee (no more than $50 in our experience.) They will also walk you through hooking up water lines to refrigerators, as the employees are not allowed to do it themselves for insurance and safety reasons (basically, if your home has bad pipes, the store doesn't want to be responsible if closing a valve for the first time in 10 years causes something to burst.) This probably also applies to things like gas lines. My only stupid, petty gripe is that the store is not air-conditioned, so if you're browsing for awhile on a hot day, it can be pretty rough. Overall, would highly recommend. They run this place like a true, old-timey store.
