Horrible customer service from, I believe the store manager. I took my 4 year old daughter there for ballet and tap shoes this past Saturday. We waited for 5 minutes before store opened and the "manager" came and unlocked the door, flipped the closed sign to "open" and walked away. I would have at least smiled at the people standing and waiting to BUY items from my store and maybe a "Good Morning". When we walked in, I overheard her mutter, "someone else get them, I can't handle little kids". Had my daughter not been so excited to get her shoes for her dance classes, I would have walked right back out. It irked me that I was going to drop money. A nice younger looking girl helped us. She wears glasses and she as sweet as can be. I will not return to this location as the "manager" had a resting bitch face on her the entire time we were in the store I'm sorry you have to work on Saturdays, but be blessed you have employment.
