I have been here three times with my vehicle. The first two times I got a comprehensive explanation as to the issue, the third not so much. When I called to ask more questions, Maria, the front desk lady was rude and combative. Customer service is everything in a competitive business like auto mechanics, there are a hundred other places I can take my car and get equal or better service and prices with much better and consistent customer service, and that is my plan. We all have a bad day now and again, taking it out on customers is NEVER acceptable. Long story short the issue my car was having was NOT solved and I am taking my care elsewhere moving forward.
