Terrible customer service. Alteration not completed by date indicated on the receipt, when I went to pick it up the second time the dress wasn't fitted correctly and had to be done again. When I went to pick it up the final time I explained I was frustrated with the service and that I was expected to pay the full amount (a deposit had been paid when I dropped it off) her reply was, "so what?" whatever. I wanted to pay the remaining amount of the $90 total on credit but she said they don't take credit - but they take debit (?!). Would not recommend. A disaster of a business.
