This is a horrible company. On my moving day I was not given a call as to when they would be arriving even though I had a scheduled time of 10:00a, but that was not the issue. Upon even scheduling the move I asked the operator of all of the charges and gave her all my plans so that I would be given an accurate quote. When the men arrived at the location, I walked them through my home telling them what would be going and what was not going. After the walk through the one with the clip board informs me that there will be extra charged to wrap the dressers with saran wrap so that they would be easier to transport. After moving to the new location he then tells me that he has charged me for 5 hours even though they had only been moving for 3 hours. In all I was charged for them taking a break, 5 hours when they only ended up moving for 4, and none of this was made aware to me until they arrived. I was better off moving myself. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this horrible company.
